Most of our NCR work sits in a handful of estates. We have commissioned plants at Kasna and Surajpur in Greater Noida, at GNEPIP, in Sector 85 Noida, in Okhla and Okhla Phase II in Delhi, at Ballabhgarh in Faridabad, and at Jhajjar in Haryana.
We also serve Ecotech I to IV, Site V, Udyog Vihar, the Noida sector estates, Ghaziabad, Gurugram and the Faridabad industrial belt. If your plant is in an estate not listed here, it is almost certainly within our normal working radius.
NCR is not one electricity jurisdiction. A plant in Greater Noida sits under NPCL, one in Noida under PVVNL, one in Delhi under BSES Rajdhani, BSES Yamuna or Tata Power-DDL, and one in Faridabad, Gurugram or Jhajjar under DHBVN. Each licensee runs its own net metering application process and its own timelines, and an EPC unfamiliar with the one you fall under will learn it on your project, at your cost.
Proximity also decides what happens after commissioning. A plant two hours from the contractor gets visited when it breaks. A plant inside the contractor's own belt gets visited on schedule. Most of the generation loss we find on other contractors' plants comes from deferred maintenance, not defective equipment.
We have been building in this belt since 2016 and our office sits in the middle of it. That is the entire argument.
Roof or ground survey, shadow analysis, structural adequacy, load and tariff study against your actual bills.
Modules, inverters, mounting structure, cabling and protection, installed and tested by our own teams.
Application, approvals and meter commissioning with the licensee your connection sits under.
CAPEX with accelerated depreciation, or RESCO and PPA structures at 500 kWp and above.
BESS added to a new plant or retrofitted to an existing one where supply reliability is the real problem.
Preventive maintenance, performance reporting, and takeover of plants built by other contractors after their DLP ends.
Our office is at Block J, Plot No 26, Site 5, Kasna Industrial Area, Greater Noida. We regularly deliver and service projects across Greater Noida, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Ballabhgarh, Gurugram and Jhajjar. Fourteen of our commissioned installations are inside NCR.
Our core range for commercial and industrial clients is 100 kWp to 2 MWp, rooftop or ground-mounted. We have delivered smaller systems from 20 kW where the site warranted it, and our largest NCR installation to date is 992 kWp at Tecumseh Products in Ballabhgarh.
Yes. Net metering liaison is part of our EPC scope. NCR spans several distribution licensees, including NPCL in Greater Noida, PVVNL in Noida and western UP, BSES Rajdhani, BSES Yamuna and Tata Power-DDL in Delhi, and DHBVN in Faridabad, Gurugram and Jhajjar. Each has its own application process and timelines, and we handle the paperwork and follow-up for the licensee your connection sits under.
Yes, through the RESCO and PPA models, where we finance, own and maintain the plant and you buy the generated power at a lower tariff. These structures are viable at 500 kWp and above. Below that, CAPEX with accelerated depreciation is usually the stronger commercial option.
Yes. We offer comprehensive AMC and multi-site O&M contracts, including takeover of plants built by other contractors once their defect liability period has ended.
Send us your last twelve months of electricity bills and the roof or land area available. We will tell you what is worth building before anyone visits.
