INDUSTRIAL AREA, GREATER NOIDA-201310, UTTAR PRADESH, a leading
Solar Power EPC company. You'll be responsible for
spearheading new business opportunities and partnerships within
the thriving solar market in the Haryana region.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients in the solar power
industry: residential, commercial, and industrial
sectors.
Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends,
competitors, and customer needs in Haryana.
Forge strong relationships with developers, EPC
contractors, government agencies, and key
stakeholders.
Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve
ambitious revenue targets.
Craft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase
our expertise and solutions.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually
beneficial agreements.
Collaborate with our technical team to design customized
solar solutions.
Stay abreast of industry regulations, policies, and
technology advancements.
Represent us at industry events and conferences to build
brand awareness.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and
market trends.
Continuously learn and evolve to stay ahead of the curve in
the solar industry.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
(Master's a plus).
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or
sales, preferably in solar power or renewables.
Strong understanding of solar power systems, components,
and project development.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build
trust and rapport.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for
exceeding expectations.
Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
Suite.
Willingness to travel within Haryana for client meetings
and events.
